This is a great book that explains all about CBT. I was looking for a book that was helpful in implementing the process.

Terrible just a bunch of definitions

I am so disappointed, No solutions at all.
Looks like a bunch of copied work
Only suggestion is see a therapy.
Boring and terrible voice too
