This book has helped me recognize the symptoms and given me a clear idea of the help I could give to those who need it. I particularly like the workbook.

This book offered a great deal of information on CBT, introduced what it is and how to effectively implement it. I particularly like the workbook section in the back that can be used to help guide oneself through the process and journey to emotional freedom.
