Thoroughly enjoyed the course.

Easy to listen. Recommended further listening; evidence based. Lots of suggestion to find more about CBT. Definitely worth the money.

One of the best audiobooks I've listened to

I would definitely recommend this book. It gave me a lot of tools to use and the narrator was fantastic. I have ocd and ptsd and this book has really helped me with both.

Unemotional narration...couldn't finish

The narration of this title was unemotional and had a cadence that wasn't for me, making it difficult to listen to and enjoy. Moreover, the content that I was able to listen to was more from a peer perspective and what has worked for the author as opposed to evidenced-based, clinical strategies for managing anxiety.

The audio guidebook is organized extremely well.

A few anecdotal experiences sprinkled in for good measure. Thus far all of the audio books I've purchased have turned out to be all fluff with no substance providing no help at all.
