Story
Up to 40% of people consider themselves shy. You might say you're introverted or awkward, or that you're fine around friends but just can't speak up in a meeting or at a party. Maybe you're usually confident but have recently moved or started a new job, only to feel isolated and unsure. If you get nervous in social situations - meeting your partner's friends, public speaking, standing awkwardly in the elevator with your boss - you've probably been told, "Just be yourself!" But that's easier said than done - especially if you're prone to social anxiety.

Best Audio Book
The Audio book contains a lot of information about intrusive thoughts, which myself and millions of other people deal with on a daily basis. The author makes it very clear that we shouldn't avoid situations that tend to trigger our intrusive thoughts because doing so will only serve to create even more anxiety surrounding the situation and make it worse.

Terrible Internet Marketing Fluff
This book is a broad overview of CBT and various disorders. It does not drill into anything in-depth. There are grammatical errors and the book sounds as if it is read by a robot. The robot even pronounced words wrong frequently and uses unnatural pauses. The structure of the book is more like tons of articles pasted together rather than anything coherent. This is clearly the work of some internet marketer using keywords to generate a profit. I can’t recommend this book to ANYONE. I’m extremely displeased with the purchase and that’s the first time I’ve ever felt that way from an Audible product.

Pointless Audiobook
It basically explains you what Anxiety is, what GAD is, CBT, etc etc.. but does not help you in any way, you can easily find all those definitions on Google. It’s a total waste of money.
From the Title you expect to receive an audio therapy to relax you and make you feel better but no, just definitions. Makes no sense.
