Insightful and great audio guide!

This audio book really helped me learn how to deal with intrusive thoughts. It taught me that the thoughts aren’t important and they’re not real. I recommend this audio book to anyone.

Retrain your brain to overcome depression!

I've learned so many things like how to overcome anxiety and stress and how we let go of the past fears that are cursing us in the present. This audio book is helping me turn my life around I recommend it to anybody who's having problems what's depression and anxiety.

The audio book contains a lot of information.

An excellent overview into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with some very interesting insights, as well as some extremely beneficial practical exercises that will help me in my own life for sure, even though I don't suffer from major depression, we all struggle internally sometimes and knowing how to deal with that is a huge help, so thank you.
