Recommended!

My therapist recommended this workbook. We've only been working through it for a month or so but I'm finding it a very useful guide for self-reflection, so that I come into our sessions with thoughts and insights to get us going, allowing us to make better use of the time we have together.

I love this book.

I love this book. I suffer from anxiety and phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder as well as obsessive-compulsive disorder. As well as severe panic attacks and anxiety issues.

This really helped me!

This really helped me through my depression and anxiety. My psychiatrist recommended I listen to this, has great exercises in it. Helped me get through many of my anxieties.

Excellent book.

I'm not a fan of self-help books but this came highly recommended. It truly does aid one in identifying the causes and triggers of phobias and anxiety. And it gives you effective ways to overcome them. Excellent book.

is the narrator stoned?

Why is it every one of the narrators of books like this have to speak like they're stoned out of their gord? Is that how they talk all the time? Are they afraid if they speak like a normal person they might offend someone? I really wanted to like this audiobook, but it's just so hard to listen to that I just can't enjoy it.

A good resource!

A good resource for clients with anxiety issues --- has a general questionnaire to help clients identify their symptoms and specific anxiety disorders. Whenever I give it to my clients, they have an aha moment where they recognize themselves and their symptoms.
