Terrible narrator

It would have been a very good book with another narrator. He sounds to have problems with the letter r like some Asian people. For example, he says "wong" instead of "wrong" and it's very disturbing. A language lesson should be narrated by somebody who hasn't any problem with the pronounciation!

Great way to improve German

I'll be able to practice the vocabulary and apply them when I go to Germany. The only requirement is that the listener should know some basic German before listen the audiobook.

Survival audiobook

Cool audiobook to use as a survival travel guide when I will be traveling to Europe this year. I learned German when i was much younger and this is a great tool to refresh my German. When I am reading it, it's all coming back to me again.

Very Poor

The English translation is very poor. The female is voice is not a native speaker and makes lots of pronunciation mistakes. There are also points in the video when the speaker makes a mistake, stops and has to repeat the word/sentence. Avoid!

Not one for learning

Huge amount of content here, but it is not for a conversational beginner. The sections of German are too long, and the English translation isn't very good at all. The female voice is annoying and does not read the English translation very well.

Relevant and varied stories but really bad editing

I’m finding the material very useful. I listen in the car and usually notice new words every time I listen.
The main downside is the English and German story’s are not identical. So far I have found entire paragraphs missing from the German version. I found this very confusing.
Also although I can’t really comment on the men doing the German story’s. The English version done by the women was terrible. The pronunciation was wrong and sometimes they would repeat the same sentence. It’s as if it hasn’t been edited very well at all.
