A combination of valid, oudated , misinformation

and pseudoscience. The narrator seems to be striving for an enthusiastic tone, but it comes across to me as condescending and disingenuous.

Painful to listen to while driving.

The audio quality is horrible. It sounds like they recorded this at home without using a Pop Filter or running it through audio editing software to clean it up. The first few chapters are all fluff. I didn't get anything out of this audiobook at all. I would not recommend it. No wonder it's free.
