Not complicated advice, but gets forgotten in every day life

On a technical level, narrator speaks clearly and very easy to follow. Some books I have to pause to digest content, but author does a great job of fully explaining concepts and offering examples.
Not a lot of the information was a surprise, but it’s amazing how simple ideas can escape you or be overlooked in every day life.
I think any couple would benefit from the content. Even in great relationships, finances change and it’s good to do a “check up”. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

I recommend to all my married friends now

This book can really save a marriage, even if listen by just one partner. This made me realize my own role in contributing to the problems in our marriage, and gave helpful advice for how to approach potential hot issues in a more productive, caring manner. I can't praise it enough. Much of this may be just basic psychology, but it works! I have bought a few copies to give to friends.
