Hokey but not bad

Interesting. I didn’t return it but it’s a little amateurish and goofy with obvious humor, etc.

Good, but I am disappointed

I am disappointed because the author does not have his earlier work available in audiobook format! Enjoyed this book was a lot of fun gave enough information that you could research the stories. Narration was good. I wish the book was longer left me wanting more.

Liked the book loved the narrator

The narrator was excellent. He is one of the first ones I have heard who actually knows correct pronunciation, not only in English but in the rare bits of foreign languages in the book. Professional narrators who make pronunciation errors are a pet peeve of mine (obviously). Also, he manages the right tongue in cheek attitude for dealing with a subject as absurd as cursed objects without hamming things up. A nice fun listen.
