This book help me overcome my anxiety!

Anxiety has been a struggle in my life for close to 8 years, but man WOW has this book just changed my life! I used to have so many panic attacks but now I haven't had one in a long time. This book actually provides ideas that will manage your stress and anxiety. These ideas that I applied in my life have helped me so much and I think they will help anyone who buys this book.

I’ve seen changes

Not only me, but my family have seen the changes in my panic attacks. I still get them every now and then, but, they simply aren’t as frequent, which makes a big difference. If it works for me, I bet it’ll work for you as well. A great purchase on my end.

Best DBT book around

I have had a lot of personal stuff happen to me over the last few years and I wanted something to help on my own time. Thats when I learned about this audiobook. It has helped me clear my mind and figure out where my real problems were buried. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is having personal problems and want an easy and effective way to work through your problem.

Worth every minute!

I attempted the exercises taught in this audiobook and saw a huge decrease in my emotional state. The 12-week plan will be put into action starting next week. Interesting subject. Good narration.

This audiobook discusses treatments and facing PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, stress, fears, panic attacks, and intrusive thoughts.
Bravo to the author for the courage to write from his personal experience as this makes it more direct and engaging.
