Wonderful way to fill ones mind with positivity

There’s a saying that we are the sum of the 5 people we choose to surround ourselves with, and I believe this applies to what we choose to fill our minds with as well... fill it with positive thoughts and affirmations!

Affirmations are fine, narrator is too slow

Playing at 1.5x or above sounds much better except for how distorted it makes the background music.

I wish there was a duplicate second track without the background music.

This audio is like going to therapy. If you are struggling and hurt from past trauma, you can easily incorporate this into your day to start healing and manifesting the life you deserve. The author has great pacing and a very soothing voice, making the audio extremely enjoyable to listen to.

Found this very helpful

I have trouble resting and sleeping, I think rest is very important for a healthy life but I cant get the rest I need and always lack energy. I am happy I listed to this audiobook because these Affirmations really helped me relax when I want to. I have followed the guided mediations and think they work a treat. The book is well worded and I certainly recommend it to others!

Back pain is lessening..

It's hard to explain.. I used to have problems with sitting for long periods but now I can do it for longer with less pain. These affirmations work in strange ways. Let me tell you this track is one of a kind. The science of it is real for those who believe in the placebo effect. Not to mention it also trains your subconscious mind heavily. I am thinking in new ways I never thought were possible.

Powerful, soothing affirmations

Great before bed!

Great book of affirmations! It's quite meditative and calming, so I love to listen to sections of it before bed to calm down. They say we need at least an hour of screen-free time before bed to get in the right mindset for sleep, and this book is perfect for that.
Includes many powerful affirmations, positive, reassuring and soothing. Great for dealing with things from the past or just getting over something that happened during the day. I also get anxious about upcoming deadlines a lot.

Everyone can benefit

Definitely do yourself and your loved ones a favor and listen to this book. This is the 2nd book I've listened to from Cesar Blake and he once again doesn't disappoint. The affirmations are powerful and relatable enough to fit anyone's life. This is so helpful for healing and teaches you that you don't have to suffer or live miserably.

If we heal our triggers and traumas, that affects our relationships in such a positive way, and there would be less turmoil in our relationships. You can listen to this on the go, in your car, or in bed at night.
