Too generic to be helpful

The author recommends general tips for good health that are common knowledge for most people with no real actionable plan. Skip this book if you are searching for daily vagus nerve exercises, it doesn't deliver.

Overall interesting book

Not a bad book on the subject, just a little preachy some of the time. Ultimately the conclusion is this: take care of your vagus nerve by living a balanced lifestyle, not stressing, breathing well, eating healthy, nutritious foods, working out and sleeping plentifully. Makes sense and also, not exactly news. I was hoping for some more specific exercises, like breathing exercises that are more than just “breath from your diaphragm”. Will keep looking.

it was not written user friendly. it seems to have been more of a let me show you how much I know rather than let me share with you what I know in a way that it can help you. just my opinion, can't finish it.

Misleading Title: Where are the exercises?

Daily Vagus Nerve Exercises? Nope. The book was way too technical for the first two chapters then it veers off into topics like nutrition, KETO dieting, and more. I wanted to learn exercises to practice on a daily basis, not a diet book.

Needs visual support

There is so much complex info that this does not lend itself to audio only well. Some books offer pdf documents to suppliment and this should be one of them. Too easy to get lost. I'm sure as a written resource it would be helpful.
