There are nine personality traits that psychologists most commonly identify with those who do well with dark psychology. Sometimes known as the "Traits of Malevolence", these character markers make up the foundations of darker personalities and understanding them can help with identifying their use around you, intentional or unknown.

There are also three main elements that some experts argue must be present in order for someone to be considered a subject of dark psychology.

Manipulation, psychopathy, and narcissism form the base elements of what’s known in psychological circles as the Dark Triad. The Dark Triad makes the foundation for most dark psychology study as the trilogy of traits are the three most common characteristics displayed by those who excel within the realm of dark psychology.

Throughout the course of this guide, we will be taking a more detailed look at the different ways these traits can specifically manifest in different personality types, how to identify their methods and how to protect yourself from them. Confusing Middle Chapters

I liked the start. The middle was weird. And the emphasis on hypnosis, odd. I bought it because I figured it would talk about Violent Communication - and more. The first was really not covered.

It doesn't give what it offers

I am very disappointed by this book. According to me, it doesn't give what it offers. It only tells "what is what", the same old stuff I already knew. Nothing much about how to handle toxic people, how to avoid narcissistic abuse... The examples are quite exaggerated, not realistic. At some point, it starts to giving advice about how to convince people, make them believe etc. Quite confusing...

A mind changeable audiobook

If more people were taught emotional intelligence, there'd be less dependency on anti-depressants, less violence, and better harmony worldwide. I was never taught how to manage my emotions healthily so that they support me and my goals and learning this one skill has made me realize how valuable it is.

Very helpful book

There is a ton that you will acknowledge is conceivable to accomplish. For example, you may have been confronting an enormous test in increasing social trust before others. Likewise, it may be the case that you have been experiencing the dread of dismissal. others, out there are simply modest and socially on edge. This audio book is helpful. And audio quality is so good

Good listen audible book

I prescribe this book for all. I have learned how to control my emotions and how to judge the feelings of others so that I can appropriately respond to them, instead of letting my emotions take control of me and my possible actions toward others. Grateful!
