My favorite title

.... is the alpha male one. Very nice tips I can use when dating my wife. Ha! Oh, and the influence book was interesting too. Actually, they all were, but that one stood out the most.

worst expenditure of a credit yet

don't know if I should even give one star. I regret paying for it with my monthly credit. Not very informative and it's a Cliff notes review at best. also does anyone know how to stop audible from hijacking my wall paper on my phone?

Great Read but read this review

I really enjoyed this book. The issue is you do not learn how to do any techniques such as conversational hypnosis or NLP. Instead he describes everything to the core. If you want to learn how to do things in that nature this book isn’t that. He explains that everyone has free will. He does make you think a lot about yourself and how you can improve.

Dark alpha male stuff

I guess I am not an alpha male, but it's certainly interesting to see the group processes, and the persuasion tactics in this book.

poorly supported quackery

This book is not good. NLP has been pretty well debunked, and it's downhill from that.

Super cool

Wow. All the things you can learn about the human mind, manipulation, etc. I thought it was interesting because it can make you aware of what others do to manipulate. I would never do it myself though, or would I? Hah!

Science & Examples Bring Results

I especially like the way that the author talks about the how and why of how the brain involuntarily produces "tells" that are honest and revealing. The science is then translated into observable cues that can be interpreted to know what is really going on inside the mind of the observed.
