Human psychology matters

SO many people just don't get it. They don't understand how to analyze people's behavior, their nonverbal communication, etc. This book does a great job explaining some of those things, though.

Loved it

Both the narrator and the writer put some genuine effort into this. I actually didn't see anything wrong with this book. If I am wrong, then let me know. However, I found it to be nearly perfect, and that's what mattered to me.
