An actionable process!!!

This book is phenomenal!

This is a very educational book. I really enjoyed this great guidebook. Indeed, I found the necessary information in this concise guide. I wanted a book that would outline the diet for me...this is full of recipes. A nice addition to your cookbook library but not what I had in mind to get started on the DASH diet.

Extremely Prescribed Book!!

There is a great deal of data, however, such a large amount of it is terrible. This book covers a large pieces of information. I learned from this book that a diet can be a dash diet. Excellent guidebook for all of us. Thanks to the author. Seriously recommended it to everybody.

Best Dash Diet audio Cookbook!

A nice audio cookbook! Sometimes I change the recipes slightly and make them more creative in a way I would like them to be - I add more ingredients or take out the suggested ones, I change the cooking time. There are loads of new and special ideas and options in this recipe audiobook by my only regret is that I haven't got this audio cookbook before. I've found loads of useful ideas here, as well as the new options to try. Best to the listener's book!
