Interesting read yet preferred hard times

The story was a bit dragged out. There where a few chapters on his time actually fasting. It would of been great to have more of a in-depth read durning the actual 40 days. None the less there are insights within the book about human behaviour and nature.

Amazing that he cured himself. Definitely has me more interested in learning about fasting.

Truly life altering.

Just wow. I previously listened to "Hard Times Create Strong Men" and it is clear that there is a significant increase in the quality of story telling. Less repetition and it doesn't diminish the essence of the story and lesson.

Quite inspiring and especially needed for those with a strict, carnal mindset of the world. May he rest in peace.

loved this

I read 1 to 2 books every month for the last 3 years. This book was one of the best because it hits a human at their core. And deconstructs ones character

Dead Man Walking

Listen to the whole book, it’s a great follow-up after Hard Times Create Strong Men. Thank you to Stefan Aarnio and my friend Victor Peña for introducing me to this author.

So good!

I miss my friend Stefan. Although we never met, just chatted through IG, Stefan was always kind enough to respond. His writing is incredible and his voice reading his own books is even better.

He speaks the honest truth. He was taken from us too soon but I believe he fulfilled his assignment on Earth and God called Stefan to his next assignment in Heaven. Dead Man Walking was a great listen about Stefan rejecting chemo, facing his fears, and surviving a 40 day water fast to kill his cancer. Most of us can’t go 1 day without eating. He did 40 and lived to tell about it in this book. Highly suggest this one to anyone battling cancer or interested in avoiding it!
