Publisher's Summary

A Top 100 Amazon best seller

From USA Today and Wall Street Journal best-selling author Giana Darling comes a dark MC romance about a broken enforcer and the beautiful, innocent woman who shows him that light can exist even in the dark....

A killer. A criminal.

A psychopath.

The Irish enforcer for The Fallen Men MC is everything good girls are taught to stay away from.

Only, I found myself inexorably drawn into his dark gravitational pull. I wanted to know what it would be like to walk beside the human personification of Death and hold his hand, feel his kiss, and maybe even earn his undying love.

But Priest McKenna is older, cold as ice, and notoriously unfeeling.

So what are the odds that a dead man walking would come to life for little, insignificant me?

When a serial killer begins to target the women of Entrance, BC, and The Fallen suffers another terrible blow, Priest resolves to hunt down the killer himself.

And when the murderer sets his eyes on me? My very own psychopath steps between me and certain death, thrusting us into an intimacy I prayed we would never recover from.

A stand-alone book in The Fallen Men series.

THIS BOOK.. & THE WHOLE SERIES IS EPIC & AWESOME

I first purchased Book 4 in this thrilling series because hello.. a gritty MC love story + Jacob Morgan + Savannah Peachwood +++ Jason Clarke must surely be great ❤️. However, just a couple of chapters in, and I knew I had to start at the very beginning because I felt the awesome and I clearly didn’t want to miss a thing.. plus I really wanted to get to know each and every one of these damaged biker’s stories. And I’ve been submerged for over a week in their beautiful and darkly twisted world.. riveted to their suspenseful, passionate and dirty lives.. and utterly devoted to the men and women who fight hard for their happy ever afters. A loyal loving brotherhood possessive, obsessive and all fiercely protective over the strong women they give their hearts to.. but in Priest’s story his badly scarred body and soul makes him feel unworthy of his Angel’s love. But she will prove him wrong, she will push his boundaries, she will break his walls down, she will touch what others cannot touch and she will see what no-one else has seen.. and she will show her beautiful, savage, psychopath, killer Enforcer love. Unfortunately though.. no, catistrophically, there is an ungodly God-fearing psychopath hiding in plain sight who has other plans for Bea.. and the brutal chilling killings is his message to her - and to everyone else, that she is destined to be his.

Worth a credit? Yes.. and I’ve happily spent 6 credits getting to this point in The Fallen Men series, and I’ve been thrilled with each and every one. Awed by Giana Darling’s world-building, her ability to give beautiful and sweet.. then dangerous and deadly.. and tragic tears and joy. Her skilful web-building of different romantic and emotional plots within the same sinister sub-plot until now have age-gap romances.. and, like this book, the dual POV’s, the characters and the feels were all brought to life by very talented narrators who made them very addictive five star audiobook.

Sorry To Say

Returning this title - I am over 2/3 through and just cannot finish it. The description sounded great, and the plot line intriguing. The inner monologues killed it for me. Especially Bea, That got to be so annoying after a while, I don't even care who the killer is now.

Amazing!

Loved every minute of this audio. The voice’s were a perfect match to the characters. It is exactly how I imagined when I read the book for the first time. The Lafayette women and their men are the best. I love how they can see each other for what the they truly are inside. Their love and obsession for each other is toe curling. I have a question. Will there be a book on Bat and Dane? Would love to read about them. Giana Darling you are an amazing author. The Fallen Men series is one of the best I have read. Thank you for sharing your work with the world.

Priest stole my heart

I am left speechless!! This book is so much more than I expected...

Priest is the one guy that you want to know his story, but once you learn it you want to take his pain away.
He is one of the best characters I have read. Priest and Bea have so much chemistry it is off the charts.
I love the way he protects here from everything! He is the best!!

Bea has the sweetest soul but she loves the darkness... I love the way she is so persistent when she wants something.

This book will be a reread for sure. It is my favorite of the series!!

Narration was incredible! So is this series!

I love this series. The writing and audio performances are excellent.
This book is really good but it was my least favorite only because I had a little difficulty relating to the characters. That’s just a me thing…it’s not a reflection on the book! Priest and Bea enjoy blood and are a bit too obsessed with death for me. It’s not gross or out of line, it’s just a bit much for me.
That said, the story was great. The suspense and the mystery were very well done. I enjoyed it very much.
The narration…wow…the narration.
Ava Erickson is always a joy to listen to. She was her usual outstanding self in this.
Richard Sawyer was new to me. Wow! He was INCREDIBLE in this! The way he infused emotion and reaction into Priest put me right there with him. I could actually FEEL what he was feeling. I’ve listened to hundreds of audiobooks and this performance was one of the best I’ve heard.
Overall, worth a credit? YES! The entire series is worth the credits. I’m looking forward to more books in this series.

EPIC Opposites Attract Dark, MC Romance!

Priest and Bea have moved up as my top favourite couple of this series! Gianna Darling has written another epic story in this fantastic MC series! I’ve been eager for Bea’s story since Welcome to the Darkside. She is Lou’s younger sister and have been desperate to see how this sweet young girl would vibe with a serial killer like Priest. It seemed impossible, but wow did their story take me by surprise. Bea and Priest could not be more different and are total opposites. I loved how Bea’s softer, sweeter side tamed some of Priest darker edges. She accepted him for who he is and never tried to change him. When Priests past is revealed and we learn what has driven him to be the way he is, it tore my heart open and understood him so much better. My favourite part of this book is the connection between Bea and Priest. Its different and so unique to anything I’ve read before. The intense, tender intimacy between these two absolutely blew me away and I couldn’t get enough of them. The audiobook narrated by Ava Erickson and Richard Sawyer is phenomenally executed. The high emotions, danger and violence was so well done by both narrators. I have listened to many books by Ava Erickson before, she does a phenomenal job in romance. Her range is fantastic, her voice sweet and sultry and beautifully portrays the fierce and tender sides of her character flawlessly. Richard Sawyer is a new to me narrator. His Irish brogue was perfection. The way he portrays the dark and dangerous side of Priest was done so well I look forward to finding more books narrated by him in the future. Book 7 is coming soon and I can’t wait to find out who the couple will be as there are so many possibilities. I’m now a forever fan of this series and cannot wait for the next one!

Hero that knows what he wants

Loved Priest! So different from the prior stories wherein the H fights his feelings. Priest knows that Bea is his and takes on all the nightmares inside and outside to make it happen. This one in this series is definitely NOT a wash, rinse and repeat. Highly recommend

Incredible story

This book deals with some very dark subject matter but it is definitely worth listening to. I absolutely love the storyline between Bea and Priest even if it’s not the most conventional romance. I would highly recommend reading/listening to the rest of this series to fully enjoy this book.

Deep feelings in this psychological romance

This story depicts the love between Bea and Priest which is influenced by their experiences in life.
But someone tries to interfere with their budding relationship in the most horrifying way.
The narrators did an excellent job and I recommend this audio book
