It sounds very comfortingly and slowly

Her voice is extremely soothing, calming, and restful. She speaks very comfortingly and slowly as she guides you into images of relaxation, sleep and a sense of safety and coziness as you drift off to sleep. Very useful and effective!

The topic I found interesting was the deep sleep mediation, I have a terrible sleep habit. This helped me change my routine. I won’t say it’s changed my life but I will say I’m changing the way I think of dieting.

There are affirmations to help change your mind set. Focus on what is positive about you; I like this idea. Being unhappy with extra weight will probably lead to being unhappy if you ever reach your weight loss goals.

It saved my life when my husband died

This audiobook saved my life when my husband died. Every night I listened to it and every night it worked. I usually followed it with more quiet music so that I'd have a full hour, and the few times this routine did work.

The narration works to quiet the mind

Her voice is very soothing and she presents images to think about that I was able to respond to very well. She goes beyond the standard "relax the toes, now the foot, now the ankle" that others have; the narration works to quiet the mind.

You will feel refreshed

Since listening to the audio, I seem to be more careful in what I eat. My snacking is down, especially in the evening. One benefit is that I sleep better. Odd because at the end of the first session, you will feel refreshed.

This will bring you wonderful sleep

I have had problems with falling asleep. The narrator has a soft memorizing voice. The music is very soft. I usually fall asleep before it ends. Keep an open mind and this will bring you wonderful sleep through the entire night.

This relaxed me enough to go to sleep After

After using this consistently, I was able to stop using sleeping pills. I don't know if many other people will have that reaction but my sleeping problems were largely anxiety based and this relaxed me enough to go to sleep.

Most calming voice that promotes sleep and peace

I have purchased this and play it every night when I go to bed. It has the most calming voice that promotes sleep and peace. This is an excellent meditation vehicle. It is very relaxing to listen to before bed.
