Great audiobook.

I couldn’t sleep one night and accidentally stumble over this. For some reason, I decided to try it and I couldn’t be happier. Instead of having to spend half the night wishing I could fall asleep I ended up getting a great night sleep.

Wonderful book.

Such a good audiobook.

I tend to worry a lot about my future. Listening to this while lying in bed calms my thoughts and makes it easy to let go of them. Drifting off to lala land have never been this easy.

Great Sleep!!!

The first night, I felt like I had not been asleep at and only slept 1 hour out of 4 hours. My brain was still active or having a session of “monkey brain” and I needed sleep bad. So grabbed my phone and my Bluetooth and headed back to bed. I started listening and just drifted off to sleep. My mind was calm and I slept very good. I used again on my 2nd night and had a happy quiet night. I recommend to anyone who has an over active brain who craves peace.

She's Really One of The Best Out There

I've literally tried, and routinely do, over 50 guided imagery tapes. This woman really knows what she's doing, she's in my top 3. In order for a true relaxation to happen, one needs to physically relax, as well as relaxing the mind, I'm too full of cortisol to only only try to get there through a mind relaxation. Melissa has this *body scan* that's one of the best I've ever experienced. It truly sets me up to then relax my mind. She has a great script, soothing unobtrusive music, and a pleasant voice. Hate to be shallow but a pleasant, calming voice is essential. Top rate.

Give this a chance.

My brain is usually full of thoughts when it’s time to sleep. Leaving me awake in bed for hours sometimes. Although this deep sleep hypnosis really helps when it comes to relaxing and calming the mind. I use it every now and then when I feel that I won’t be able to wind down on my own.

Don't take sleeping pills, once try this book.

I’ve never managed to listen to the entire hypnosis session I always fall asleep before it ends. I would say that the second session is the best of the two.

Great narration too.

I like this deep sleep hypnosis.

I like this deep sleep hypnosis because it’s easy to use and it only takes a few minutes for me to doze off. Especially for the second session. I find the first session to be a bit slower in the beginning.
