I slept!!!

I have been suffering from insomnia for the last month. Listening to this book is the only way I can fall asleep. It works, it really does.

One of the only ones that works but…

Just wish it was longer and more fluidity between chapters so I could let it play all night to keep me asleep. Really like the words and narration though

Improved my sleep improved my life!

"I honestly can count on this to put me into a deep sleep every time. I don't know what she does, but she is the most effective for me for falling fairly quickly into relaxation and then to sleep. I set my timer for the end of the chapter on the second chapter so the ""this is audible"" thing doesn't wake me up at the very end, which can happen with some audible meditations. Hope it works for you!"

Avoid buying

This is one of the worst sleep meditations I have downloaded - I strongly urge you NOT to download - the male voice rather than calming and soothing is really irritating ! Resulting in keeping you awake ! Look to other titles to download

Soothing and effective

I could feel myself calming down and getting into a more peaceful state as I closed my eyes and listened to this sleep guided meditation audiobook just before bed. The narrative parts are great it was better than expected! Soothing and effective. I am happy to have found this sleep learning audiobook! Since I have been listening to these meditation scripts my sleep has improved much more. As a whole, I recommend this audiobook to everyone with sleeping issues.

Straight to sleep!

The audio of this guided meditation audiobook was very soothing, not only did the narrator put me to sleep with the help of the script. But my anxiety as dimmed down a lot. The audio quality was excellent then as for the script that was just as good. It has allowed me to have a better nights rest with minimal effort. I am grateful for having this audiobook in my audible app. It really helped me to have a wonderful sleep at night and then feel more energized throughout the day.

Must listen!

I have used most of these meditations and find them very helpful. They have helped me to reduce stress and to sleep better, this is a nice audio book for getting to sleep real fast. Put it this way, if you are the kind of person who struggles on getting to sleep or may be stressed out continuously this is 100% the audiobook for. I struggle in life with both of these issues and I must say that since I have been listening to this my problems have started to clear up.

Very effective

This audio book is helpful for feeling relaxed before sleeping, if you are relaxed before sleeping, you usually get a good long sleep, guided meditations is always a good way to get to sleep. The narration is well done, the length of the audio book is good and appropriate as well. Love this! I recommend!

Really enjoy this method of getting to sleep

I really enjoy this way of getting to sleep, as it's easy and takes only a few minutes for me to dose off. Much rather put this on than stay tossing and turning all night. To the people who toss and turn when they try to fall asleep, this audio book might prove to be helpful because sleep meditation allows you to relax your body and slow down your thoughts so you can get to sleep quicker and with ease.

Deep Sleep Has Arrived

Finally... something that works consistently. Listened a few nights in a row and was happy with the results. I had a really easy time falling asleep with this one. I just pressed play and left it on a low volume. Very relaxing, perfect for going to sleep faster. Deep sleep, happily waking up. Wireless earphones do the trick. I don't listen very loudly, don't need to, I'm asleep after a few mins anyway. Every time!!

Recommended!

This is a helpful book because this is an audio book, you can use this just before sleeping to have a good sleep all you need to do is close your eyes, take a deep breath in and listen to this audio book. I love this book and pick it up occasionally to remind myself of what’s important and to provide a reset. This audio book helps you to reset the mind and stop the random thoughts that passes through the minds without any reason, helps in getting to sleep instantly.

Put me into deep sleep

The author and narrator guides you through all the different stages including induction, deepening, and termination to complete a session. I found this audio book similar to a stress releasing therapy, one listen is as helpful as one session of stress releasing therapy. The good point about this audio book is it's length, it is not too long or not too short for a session.
