put me right to sleep

Great way to get to sleep fast, didn't even get through the entire thing. Don't play on a high volume though, the end credits might wake you. VERY effective.

A personal favorite, Allison really delivers with the narration. It's the perfect combination of relaxing music, peaceful voice over and lots of spacey music for drifting off into sleep land.

loved this hypnosis, got me to sleep quickly

What made the experience of listening to Deep Sleep Hypnosis: Fall Asleep Instantly and Sleep Well the most enjoyable?

I was asleep for most of this hypnosis, so I'd say it was effective.

What does Allison Mason bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narrator has a very, very soothing voice. I drifted off shortly after the hypnosis started.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The part where I was actually able to get a decent amount of sleep for once!

It's a great natural sleeping aid. Highly recommend it.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING..

After experiencing several days sleepless nights I decided to try this and it amazing I actually slept for eight solid hours for the first time in a very long time I would recommend this audio tape very highly for anyone having trouble sleeping

Really enjoy this method of getting to sleep

I really enjoy this way of getting to sleep, as it's easy and takes only a few minutes for me to dose off. Much rather put this on than stay tossing and turning all night.

Effective at Getting You to Sleep Fast

I found this hypnosis to be very effective at getting me to fall asleep quickly. I normally toss and turn for at least an hour before finally checking out for the night - but I was able to bypass this usual cycle while listening to this audiobook. I don't know if I'd say I was "hypnotized" in the traditional use of the word, but I certainly felt more relaxed and was able to get to sleep before the end of the hypnosis session. Thus, I found it beneficial and will be trying it again when I have trouble falling asleep.

nice

the narrator's voice is pleasant and relaxing. I'm not sure of the content because I fell asleep so auickly! the other track w natural sounds is nice too. a very relaxing and pleasant listen.

This really works!!!

Hi, Out of desperation I tried this session. I used it each time I woke up during the night and again the next night. I just plugged in the headphones, started the player and went to sleep. very awesome!!!

More snooze than slumber

The hypnosis script and background sounds/music are beautiful but the narration is choppy and not relaxing at all. At the end, when you've finally been lulled to sleep, the narrator comes back at booming volume to do the credits and startles you awake again. This recording is more suitable for an afternoon snooze.

This really does work

NEVER FAILS!!!

I have big issues with sleep due to trauma and anxiety following a car hitting our house, this has never failed to send me off no matter how bad the traffic outside is and however much the house shakes! absolutely wonderful!!! love it!!!

Deep Sleep

Get some sleepy time. this works.
Relax listen and drift of to dream land.
highly recommended.
I never get passed chapter 2. So if you suffer like I do in getting a decent amount of sleep, then try this.

It's okay

It's good to listen to in order to wind down at bedtime, I'm sceptical as to how good it is in any other way. The narrator can be a little distracting when you're trying to drift off to sleep.

Not really helpful in my experience

The narrator's voice is nice and calming but that's about the only good thing about this audiobook. The things being said sometimes get a little ridiculous, even illogical to the point I end up waking up more thinking "hang on a minute, what? That did not make sense".
Also the rain background sound keeps looping very noticeably, repeatedly fading out and back in at the end/start of each loop. Very annoying...

I don't know if this might be part of the strategy here, but to my personal experience this book has not helped me at all -- if anything, it has had the opposite effect.

American woman whispers about how great sleep is

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Not talking about how wonderful sleep is and how fantastically rested I will feel once I have had a good night's sleep. Saying these things only increased my anxiety about how I am not able to fall asleep and how dreadful I will feel in the morning.

Sorry, I know lots of you Americans are lovely on the inside, but newsflash: the rest of the world finds your accent quite irritating.

Great sleep

Fantastic put this on at bed time sends right off to sleep. The good thing about this one is your not awakens by the different tone in voice or high pitched or moments of quietness then goes loads that I've found some sleep meditations to be. I can't remember what happens after I falls sleep but if I'm ever half awake I think it's some for of music after the initial talking to sleep and find it easier and easier to drift off the more I listen. Highly recommended from someone who is always looking for a new sleep meditation

Great basic sleep audio book

Offers a few relaxation visualizations to begin with and is filled with positive sleep affirmations throughout the audio book with rainstorm quietly playing in the background as the soothing voice sends you to sleep.

Amazing relaxation

This audio book is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The combo of the music and rain allows me to fall asleep within minutes. Sometimes if I don’t feel like listening to the talking part I just skip to chapter 2 and still always end up having the best sleep!

Best Hypnosis EVER!!!

Iv downloaded 3 audiobooks for sleep hypnosis and this is by far the best Iv ever listened too. I’m having the best sleeps ever.

Surprised it worked!

Genuinely pleased to discover it worked. Was out so quick it was almost miraculous! Have no idea how long it lasted or how many chapters or if there are even chapters that I lasted. one minute i was awake the next I wasn:t. Pleasent sleep woke up next morning feeling great! Highly recommend.

It works! however...

Using this hypnosis for 3 months and still works A+
however.

After a very quick time effective hypnosis the fill in time is a 10 minute track on repeat with a pause between each one. This draws me back out. Switching to a different set of frequencies to continue to sleep.

Very effective

I found the background music very effective in falling asleep.
I’m personally not a fan of the commentary part, so fwd to half way through Ch 1 & set timer from there.

Relaxing & helpful if you have issues falling asleep.

99% there...

started off great. very calming soft voice. got me to sleep pretty quickly i think.
Then at the very end of the book, they start talking again! so that woke me up! any chance the bit at the end can be extremely quiet or not there at all? despite that, i would still recommend.
