Too many people in this review section are talking about the sleeping benefits. Why isn’t anyone talking about the anxiety benefits of this audiobook? I was a nervous wreck before using this each night!!!!!

If you have a really busy and gruelling work life

If you have a really busy and gruelling work life leaving you little time to fit in the other aspects of your life, you’ll know how hard it is to just fall asleep quickly and disregard the million things running through your head. The breathing techniques helped me here more than anything else through my few years of mild insomnia.

I recommend putting this on a quiet speaker on the other side of your bedroom as you get into bed. You will be snoring before you can say ‘deep sleep meditation’.‘
