Stop the abrupt intros

I don’t know who’s idea it was to put in the middle of the book “HEY! Thank you for listening to our book!” but you suck cause I liked this so much until I realized it wakes me up every GD time in the middle of good sleep.

Repetitive

While I initially relaxed with the breathing exercise and background sounds I was repeatedly woke up by her voice. There are a lot of chapters but the narrative is repetitive talking about clouds, posters, graffiti and black paint. Which is ok once or twice but each chapter felt like an instructional after awhile instead of sleeping/weight loss meditation. Her voice woke me up every time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The best thing I can say is the lady's voice isn't horrible. The book practically shames you. "You gain weight and look thicker". It's supposed to be relaxing and then asks "I wonder what you see when you look in the mirror". Again that seems very judgemental. I only listened to about 8 minutes, because it was depressing and I was trying to sleep. Also, you do not say "...you need to get fitter" - it's "...you need to get more fit". Then she asks, "Don't you?" All in all, it made me feel worse.

gagging and choking

I wish this would have been a fantastic book. The narrator's voice was not soothing or comforting for me at all. I would play this as I went to bed. I woke up to the part of her saying "You are gagging and choking" several times. I find this very disturbing!

it is great to let sink in

I listened to this book while I am sleeping and it soaks into my subconscious. I have noticed changes in my personal habits since listening to this book

Rethinking weight loss

I am a binge eater and have struggled with weight loss for 30 years. I keep listening to this book over and over again, because it’s the first one that has made sense to my brain. I can actually feel when I’m full now and want to stop. I will keep listening to this book Since it calms me and is helping me lose weight without crazy diets. Allows me to love myself again.

I am always overeating.

ive been listening to this as i fall asleep for the last two night in a row and letting it play as I sleep. I havnt been able to finish a meal since. I always clean my plate. I couldnt even eat 1/3 of my plate of nachos. I stopped immediately when i felt satisfied and didnt spend the rest of the day thinking about the leftovers in the fridge. I honestly think ive finally found the thing that is helping. amazing!

Not very good

Well it said to leave a review so they could learn for future books so here it is....
First of it talks more about sleeping than eating and when it does mention eating its only a few words of encouragement it disnt help me fall asleep unlike other audible books and I doubt very much it would help me lose weight most hypnotherapy and mindfulness audio books have been well worth a credit if not two and helped my anxiety and made me fall asleep way before it's ended but not this one

Don't bother

It didn't help me sleep or lose weight! The voice was difficult for me to listen to, and definitely not relaxing.

Made me jump!

I was going to give this book a great review until I jumped out of my skin! midway through with the narrator asking for a review!!
I was so relaxed then boom loud voice and ruined the moment.
Why would they do this?
It actually made me give a lower score than I would of!!
Remove this part asap if you want the book to succeed!!

Struggled to listen

I found this such a struggle to listen to. A combination of the voice and the content.
