A Simple and Strategic Method for Delegating
There is no way to feel overwhelmed with the information because the contents are clearly structured. I love the fact that it articulates the fears and struggles that managers have in delegating. As I listened to them, I was saying “yes! yes!” It made me feel like I wasn’t alone on this journey of honing my delegation skills. Then the solution was presented with examples of how it works.
I recommend this book without reservation.

Good snippets
Useful for someone who has never really delegated before, but also some good nuggets to regular delegators to remember and help structure the delegation better to ensure success. Will look to read again to try to embed the ideas more, would be useful in a hard copy to be able to flick back at key points.
