Publisher's Summary

When a seductive demon begins using her evil daughters to kill tourists, Ring Hardigan will use his knife, his two girlfriends, and his wits to find the elusive beast and put a blade in her. Through clues and the story of a man claiming to be the demon’s father, the hunters become the hunted - and everyone around them is at risk from Elizabeth and her bloodthirsty family.

As a hurricane bears down on the beaches, the demon hunters will finally get what they’ve been wanting all along: blood.

But whose will it be? Theirs or the demon’s?

Warning: This gritty urban fantasy harem contains lust, revenge, and evil. Proceed with care.

PG13 harem if one can call it a harem.

It would have been a much better book if we started at the beginning. If we were there when they started fighting and figuring out the results. To be a part of the relationship building. This way we are more invested in the characters. Instead we start over a decade with flashbacks to help understand current events. I'm undecided if I would give the second book a try. Currently I don't think it's worth a credit or even a reduce price to purchase it. Probably would give it a look through Kindle unlimited before deciding if Audible is worth the cost.

Interesting twist

A new take on a genre that has been run a full gambit. I would definitely buy the sequel or even the prequel to this story.

Competent but unlikeable

There’s nothing technically wrong with this book, but I just didn’t enjoy it: I don’t like any of the characters and the events are generally just fairly unpleasant. There are much better similar books and this one probably just isn’t really worth your time; it certainly wasn’t worth mine!
