A new section of my life that helped by the book

This audio book can help you determine if any of the five sources of stress illness are causing or contributing to your illness or that of a loved one.This is by far the worst audio book I have listen on Anxiety and Depression. As a retired advanced practice nurse I find the science right on the money for understanding these conditions.

Happiness is in the quality of your thoughts. If you can change your thoughts, you can change your life. And that's exactly what this book teaches you how to do. I really enjoyed this listen. It's filled with highly helpful infomation on how to cope with anxiety, depression and negativity in general.
