Extremely Prescribed Audible
Very clearly written. It helped me put together a plan to prevent diabetes. Everyone in my family has Type 2 and I wanted a preventative audible. This one did the trick. It outlined the best foods to eat as well as the best daily activities and overall lifestyle one needs to maintain to achieve "Guide to Naturally Reverse Diabetes."
