Good but not Great

I like this series and the story of Emily and Kaz but this book wasn’t my favorite (a bit slower paced). The narration was distracting. Ellis Evans should narrate the entire book, he’s got all the accents and TOVs down.

what happened to sheri peele

the story wasn't as good this time around. the the woman that replace sheri peele is terrible. she just was Emily. Sheri gave life to Emily charter. if sheri couldn't do the narrating then Ellis should have done the whole book alone.

Another hit

Loved this book. Another awesome installment. But did not like the new voice for Em. If they couldnt get the original then the should have just had Ellis do the whole book.
But other than that, counting down the days for the next book

I missed the OG Emily but....

I missed the OG Emily but I have listened to the other reader and was not too upset. I the was great and don’t want to journey of the Mouse and Lion to end. I am curious about Misha, Ava, and her grandmother tho. Hopefully, we get another book. Kenya Wright keep the books coming.

The female narrator sucks!!

I am in love with the story of the Lion and the Mouse. This new female narrator is worse than the last. Her male voices are so nasally that at times I have no idea what she is talking about. In addition, when she narrates The Mouse she is so over the top. There are inflections in her voice that are confusing. Just an overall hotmess! I don’t even want the next book in the series because I see she is a narrator. I may have to get the hard copy. The story is worth it. Kenya Wright is an amazing story teller and her character development is amazing.

let Ellis Narrate the entire book

when it comes to the female narration these ppl just can't get it right and it's annoying. thank goodness it wasn't that older lady's voice Sherry, but this lacy gi.is horrible too. 1 Emily is 21 or 22 from nyc she's young the voice needs to portray that. there is no nyc accent or anything like that. I'm from nyc we speak a certain way. at this point let me do Emily's part because I'm 25 & I'm from nyc and I definitely can voice act and bring us die hard mouse & lion fans the production it deserves. I swear I can match Ellis energy. he's phenomenal, Ellis if you see this you're the goat, you really bring Kaz to life. onto Kenya, love you girl I do but you're writing is becoming too repetitive. you use words like booming and roaring way too much. the historical lessons are cool and all but you over kill it, it's too much. I hope & pray the next one we get to see why Kazimier is the leader of the brotherhood, I hope we get to see his power, his intelligence. you're not really doing him justice in that department, we need to see why this man's untouchable. thank you for taking us through the pain of their miscarriage and their first Dr's appointment that was so beautiful to experience. I know me personally as the reader I went through the emotions with them, and it felt real. thank you. over all Kenya you're amazing. I wish & pray this series becomes so big & successful for you that we get to see this book on screen if so hear me out JT from the city girls is your perfect Emily. she matches the description perfectly she's young, freaking stunning brown skin curvy omg jt is the perfect Emil.

Enjoyed the series.

Loved the journey of this series. So enjoyed the male narrator Ellis Evan but didn't like Lacy Laurel voice when she trying so sound Russian is just awful.. Her voice for Emily was fine.. Shari Peel plays a good Emily.
