Useful Suggestions
Except when practicing being mindful, jumping to conclusions is automatic. This nice short audio book by Yung Pueblo is helpful. It feels like sort of a quick insight by a friend or so.

Excellent centering piece
I’ve listened to this several times and each time I found it to be a grounding listen. This is good advice about how to take a pause and allow yourself to think before you react.
