Best recipe book that follows the Dr. Sebi guide


All recipes are super easy to make. The author wrote this book to be easy to follow and even gave alternatives in case you don't have some ingredients. By far, this is the best recipe book that follows the Dr. Sebi guide.

A lot of cool smoothies


There are a lot of really nice recipes in this book and just browsing it is very interesting. I did notice that, even though there are a lot of recipes that mostly have things you might normally have in your kitchen, or could get easily.

Dr. Sebi's Approved Diets

I am a beginner. I just got a sense of making smoothies at home. I've purchased also another book with this one, but This One is really got me and everything I need!
I love that it got part for beginners, answering different basic questions and going over basic staff like ingredients. In addition, it got really nice variation of recipes. Not hard to follow or find ingredients. So yay! Win-win. Everything I wanted to know and have on hand for my smoothie journey!
I think it is really nice book on smoothies to begin with. Helpful and got all information to got you into the habit of drinking/eating smoothies.
