This book wa okay

This book was okay, but it did not represent Dr. Sebi’s teachings too much. One thing that stuck out to me was the fact that the Author stated that it was okay to eat butter and that the vegetarian lifestyle was good. Now, from my understanding Dr. Sebi believed in a plantbased alkaline “electric” diet and the only “butter” on that list may have been made from Organic-Raw-Coconut-Butter.

This may be a beginner’s guide into the alkaline foods eating lifestyle, but it is not Sebi approved by any means.
