Wonderful Surprise

I wasn't sure what to expect from this book based on the title. I enjoy Ru Pauls Drag Race, and admire Dan Savage; so based on his recommendation I bought the book. It was a wonderful surprise and a moving delight. A coming of age story that non drag queens can relate to. The performance was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to read more from this talented author.

Great story!

I loved it. If you're obsessed with the whole drag phenomenon like I am, you will too.

Beautiful story

Adored this book! It was so well written I listen to it in almost one go, and any distraction that pulled me away from it was unwelcome. It's a wonderful coming of age story that gave me insight that I never though I need.

Much better than I expected

I'm not big on drag Queens so I wasn't sure if I would like this story but it was really great. The characters were easy to like and relate to and the story was cute and we'll told. It would actually make a real good movie.
