Falling through a portal and becoming a dragon shifter was strange enough. But, when I devoured a demon core and gained access to a forbidden quest system, my life changed forever. Sintar was like Earth in many ways. It had a blue sky, green grass, and air that I could breath. The demon attacks and shifter magic, however, were new. Every man and woman in Sintar had the ability to change their form. And now, that included me. And the gorgeous, silver-haired wolf girl I saved on my first day.

I'm Enthralled by Donita K. Paul & Audible Books!
Would you listen to DragonSpell again? Why?
I plan on listening to this whole series again. I stumbled on her books by looking for Anne McCaffrey by doing a search for "Dragon". I'd never heard of Donita K. Paul or her books, before, but now I'm addicted. I'm also addicted to Audible Books, now, too. I'm not a very good reader, but have always loved listening to people's Stories, so Audible Books is just the thing for me!
What did you like best about this story?
I most enjoyed the way Magik is used & how it follows the Laws of Quantum Physics. Also, the complimentary relationship between Dragons & people.
Which character – as performed by Ellen Grafton – was your favorite?
Kale has to be my favorite character. It's heartwarming to watch her grow & mature throughout the series.
I liked the way Ellen Grafton had different "Voices" & accents for the various characters. She does a marvelous job of keeping all the Voices straight. So it's more real than just listening to a "flat" narration. The Voices bring the characters to life.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I'm now addicted to Audible Books & have bought many more than I intended to. LOL!
I like Donita K. Paul's Sense of Hummer. She makes me laugh & cry. She has a gift for bringing her characters to life & making me identify with them. She's my new favorite author & I've fallen in love with these books. I especially like Principle Quoting Bardon. His character is able to instill Morals & Ethics into the Story without being preachy.
Any additional comments?
Listening to Stories (Audible Books) versus watching TV, stimulates the Imagination Center in the brain. I can Feel extra blood flow as the "Movie" plays out in my "Mind's Eye"!
