Having emotional intelligence is an important skill to acquire. Although some say that IQ is more important, we want to argue that EQ is going to be much more important, because of the implications that it has for relationships and real-life situations. What good is it to have a person who is highly successful, has a high IQ, got excellent grades in school, but yet cannot still manage his or her emotions? It does no good in the end because emotions influence how we live our lives and help us to manage stress and other situations. If we don’t have a handle on those things, it will be nearly impossible for us to live a healthy and happy life.

Even if you don’t think too much about emotions, you must realize that emotions are important to your well-being and that it is important to come to a point of self-understanding about them. Even if you feel you have emotions figured out, you can still learn more in this audiobook. Therefore, we must find ways to manage the emotions and get them under control before they take over our lives and ruin us.

Basic approach with no real substance

"Eat right and exercise" type platitudes that don't address anything substantial outside what info is available utilizing a basic web search on the topic. Combine a robotic Ai narration and I've wasted a credit.

No substance and emotion in his voice.

For a subject that is full of substance, I would of liked to hear a voice with passion behind it. Sounds like a robot trying to tell me about our emotions with no emotions.
