Good info

This book provides good information that makes sense. Following the suggestions in the book and avoiding foods the book says I should be avoiding for my blood type does actually make a positive difference in how I feel.

The narrator speaks clearly, but is somewhat dull to listen to. The content is short though so it does not take long to get through. I enjoy audio books so I can listen in my car and incorporate extra books that I want to read, but do not have time to. This book was great to listen to and the information was easy to understand while listening, but I would recommend buying the hard-copy of the companion book Cook Right For Your Type, which has detailed lists of foods for each blood type along with a lot of recipes and good information, it helps a lot.

Good way to absorb diet information

I found this book easy to navigate and easier to hear nutritional information versus reading it. Liked the reader voice a lot and found the information a nice introduction to the blood type diet.

Pretty good book

Lot of info that seems pretty on target. But rather bought printed copy because he switch between blood type and it's hard to retain all the infos that correspond with yours. I recommend it.

Disappointing synopsis

I get the feeling quite a lot of valuable information has been left out of this abridged version. Some very dated information too.

Would be great, if it were true.

If this tricks someone into eating healthy, fine. However this should be sold with a science fiction label. Good idea, more for sales than actual science based evidence.

Do not waste your money.

Interesting, informative and accurate.

Some of the things described in this book I have personally experienced or observed in my blood type and my husband blood type. I'm excited to implement changes in my diet and see the results.

Amazing read! Insightful to what our bodies need.

This was an amazing read and very easy to listen to. Incredibly insightful for anybody who wants to learn about their blood type and food and how it affects our bodies and our health. We need more approaches like this from doctors to keep us healthy and disease-free!

Probably a good book, too many “skips”

There are so many skips in this version, it’s incredibly frustrating. I am returning this one…it’s near useless as is. They need to fix the glitches in it.

food for thought , but good be better narrated

interesting concepts, makes sense for me on broad perspective but obviously I would take this info with a pinch of salt and try it out and see how one feels.
but being said I feel good after trying the dietary advice.

Well worth consideration

A health alternative that I have now implemented with excellent positive results. I am O type and also follow a stronger carnivore diet.
