Gives solid advice on what to eat

Eating for Cognitive Power is a well researched and easy to follow guide to eating better and improving your brain and your health. I have read countless books on diet and nutrition. Comparatively, this book gives solid advice on how to choose food that feeds the brain and what foods to avoid.

Food that is easy to incorporate into your diet

I really enjoyed this audiobook. Our brain health is something important we need to look after. I had never thought that some of the nutrients mentioned as being important before. I eat a low-calorie diet and mainly Keto but I incorporate the book's ideas now. The author recommends nuts, green leafy vegetables, and other food. A lot of the ingredients I’m already using when cooking.

A very practical audiobook

This is an easy-to-listen-to and very practical audiobook about the connection between the foods we eat and the development of our brain. It is full of many suggestions about healthy food purchases and meal planning ideas. It has a great selection of healthy recipes, with detailed prep instructions. I highly recommend this book!

This audiobook helps us understand the brain and its connection with the food that we eat, as well as its connection to dementia. It has plenty of yummy and healthy recipes to try. I highly recommend this book, as well as the other book John R. Torrance has written.

Has some great recipes

This audiobook is a very useful guide in learning what foods to eat for brain health! Having a loved one with dementia has really made me interested in learning to eat to properly nourish my brain. This book is an easy listen and is easy to understand. It also has some great recipes! I highly recommend it!

I love the food recommendations

As I’m getting older, I want to care for my brain. I worry about getting dementia or Alzheimers constantly. It’s great that I can care for my brain health simply through my diet. This book recommends food that I already enjoy eating, as well, which is great! This audiobook is smart, useful, and engaging. Highly recommended.
