Absolutely Needed!

I absolutely need this information. I love to eat really. Neglecting the most important thing that I need to do and that is to make healthy choices when it comes to food. We are what we eat explains well how sickness can put us down because of eating unhealthy foods, poor diet and lack of physical activities. It's nice to listen to this kind of resource which makes me aware that I need to change my lifestyle. I need to take care of my health. This book is highly recommended I should say to every person. Learned a lot and absolutely full of meaty information. Good Job to the author. Nice Narration too.

More than I expected

I was skeptical at first, as the author starts with simple content, but as the book progresses I became more and more impressed. An actual holistic view of health that explains how and why things impact your health.
I especially appreciated the attention to environmental health, as well as the amount of effort to back up the author's claims.
Anyone looking for a fresh new perspective on health, that is genuinely inspiring, should check this book out.

Great Guidance for Staying Healthy

This is a great book which provides a roadmap and the tools necessary for optimizing one's health. It simplifies the understanding of what the cause of our ailments might be and how to address the root cause to achieve optimal health. It provides a holistic approach for overall health to include a focus on good nutrition and a healthy gut. I have started using the recommendations and can already feel a significant difference in gaining energetic levels. This is great listening for understanding your health and then practicing it to achieve perhaps the 'Blue Zone' longevity aspects.

Stressful Job

My job is super stressful. I am often surviving on energy drinks and a little hope to get through the day. This was an awakening that was much needed. I HAVE to take better care of myself so that I can do right by the body that has gotten me to where I am. The information is easy to digest (pun intended) and makes optimum health attainable.

Outstanding audiobook - highly recommend!

Super informative! I got this audiobook for myself on new years day after after dedicating my new years resolution to getting healthy and developing a healthy lifestyle.

This book is chock full of useful tools that can help achieve maximum health, using unique techniques that I havent seen anywhere else. Very effective after applying for a few weeks and seen great results.

This is Powerful!

This audiobook has all the main items to hit when you are looking to elevate your well being to the next level. I really enjoyed the insight into sleep topic as I am very keen on deep sleep/REM stats off of my fitbit; this book has some more information for me to keep in mind. There is plenty of information in the book - some that I will have to revisit as it will be relevant as one grows and forms different routine as life presents itself. A great listen and I would highly recommend it! Thank you Eric Oji!

Loved this book!

As a 60-year-old needed this book, you are never too old to start looking after yourself. Very Informative & Interesting

Great wellness book!

It doesn't matter how rich you are if you are not happy or healthy. Wellness is something precious in this life because money cannot buy it. This thing can be achieved only with a determination with a set of individual principles and it doesn't have to be same for everybody. This book is explained in details of multiple methods and tips which we can try using it. Good book.

Worth every penny

Sometimes we think that if you are not dealing with a mental health disorder, you never have to worry about your mental health, but that's not true. This is a book for you if you can imagine a fuller life. It is a sort of road map to help you and nudge you that way. I especially liked the stories of others who've done it. So relatable!

Awesome Book

I really enjoyed listening to this book because it speaks facts on why people should eat healthy. when you don't eat right it will effect you health when you get older. I'm glad I bought this audiobook!

Made me jump out from my bed and drink my vitamin D right away.!... This book is just the perfect reminder why and HOW we should take care of our entire body. What blew my mind is the truth it revealed about the water we drink and cosmetic we put in our skin everyday. I'm glad I purchased this book, if not I would have continued living my life the way I believed that's right but actually is TOTALLY WRONG and that needs correcting if I want to live a longer healthier life. Turn out this isn't only an educational book but also an inspirational one.

Very helpful

I found this book really helpful as it is from an experienced health professional. The author gives great advice and tips for a healthy diet, explains why sleep is crucial and much more!

I found the chapter on the air we breath really interesting. We don't necessarily think about what type of air we breath when we are out and about. It is really important to be aware of our environment and breath safe air.

Love it!

If you want a book that is easy to understand but inspiring and packed with information then this is for you! I love how each chapter talks about an important element of health. The chapter about what we drink is very good as it's often neglected as we tend to mostly just focus on what we eat. The eating and nutrition chapters are also covered very well. Sleep, air and skin are also some really vital subjects that the author covers. The narration is also very engaging and well presented. Would highly recommend!
