Be more mindful and present

This short and concise audiobook includes sections on mindfulness, and it was very good. I felt it was more approachable than many other audiobooks of a similar subject. It's almost like a distillation of many of the best thoughts and exercises concerning living a more mindful, less stressful life, and eliminating negative thinking. As a society, we could all stand to live more in the moment and cut the busyness.

Regain your peace of mind

This book was extremely helpful for me and my struggles with anxiety, worry, and negative thinking. I intend on practicing the mindfulness meditations outlined in the audiobook daily. The breathing technique has already proven effective when I get worked up or my negative thoughts kick in. Daily practice is going to be the key for me. I look forward to being more mindful and present and experiencing less worries and more peace of mind.

Lead a better life without stress

While it is normal to worry about issues such as divorce and financial problems, when these thoughts become too intrusive and unrelenting, they may wreak havoc not only on your personal life but also on your career and professional relationships. I myself suffer from panic attacks, anxiety, heart palpitations, and constant worrying. This book has helped me overcome it all. I've read several books on negative thinking, but nothing has impacted me as this one has. I have a bunch of tools in my toolkit now to help deal with my negative thinking and stress. I'm so grateful I found this book.

I found this a great guide for those of us with constant negative thoughts and overwhelmed lives. You may be yearning for a chance to live free again. I think this audiobook is a great tool for any of us who are living in the shadow of our constant negative thinking. It gives you many tools to help battle the overwhelming negativity and to tackle things in YOUR way, ultimately empowering you to live your life the way you want to.

Keep calm and get this audiobook

While this book is simply written, it gives us a great understanding of how we make negative thinking a habit. I’ve suffered from negative thinking for too long that’s why I picked up this audiobook. I’ve purchased others, but this is absolutely the best one. If you have problems ruminating or worrying too much and it affects your personal life, you better get the Eliminate Negative Thinking audiobook, too!

Cultivate positivism in your life

This was one of the most valuable audiobooks I have ever come across. It talks about how you ineffectively stop negative thinking and how to do it the right way. It also talks about stopping overthinking and overcoming worry, as well as being more positive to reduce stress, the path to self-acceptance, and more. I have recommended it to 4 or 5 of my other friends, and they tell me they’ve enjoyed it so far.

A helpful audiobook!

Derick Howell is always great. There is so much great "stuff" in this audiobook. Of course, much of it I've already known before but have forgotten - so a great reminder. But there was a lot of new information or new ways of looking at life that are very helpful. Hopefully, I won't forget them any time soon. And if I do, all I'll need to do is hear this audiobook again. Great job as always!
