Publisher's Summary

This audiobook is a bundle of two books, which cover the following topics:

Book 1

Do you have full control over your emotions? I don’t think so. Maybe a lot but nobody is perfect at it. Moreover, what emotions are justified? Which ones are okay to express? And how?

All of these questions will be addressed in this elaborate audiobook about emotional intelligence, self-control, the different feelings we have, and how they motivate us. We will talk about empathy, paranoia, the essence of the conscience, and how to be happier and more fulfilled in life. All of these things are compiled into this audiobook, which, I hope, will inspire you and motivate you to be a better version of yourself.

Book 2

Jealousy is a common emotion. It’s one of those things that has been weaved into our very nature to protect ourselves from allowing others to cheat on us, or have competitors walk all over us without doing anything about it.

But what if it goes too far? What if it becomes an annoyance?

In this audiobook, we will define jealousy and cover various aspects about this controversial topic. Issues like craving special attention, sibling rivalry, possessiveness, sexual jealousy, problems in marriages because of jealousy, insecurity, and delusions will all be addressed, most in intricate detail as to help you understand everything that is behind this emotion.

As far as I’m concerned, since jealousy is in everyone, a lot of people could benefit from this audiobook. It will help with self-reflection and a conscious decision to change for the better.

Therefore, I encourage you to get started right now.

I loved it

If you're on the fence with dealing the right way with your emotions, this is the book for you. Let me explain: Emotional intelligence or control over your emotions are important things that I wish I would have more. People lose control of their feelings so fast that it's probably one of the most significant things to learn in life. Ask the Buddhists. They're all about that. This book deals with such emotions. Jealousy is one of the biggest one of them. But yeah, others are being mentioned too. I loved it. I recommend it.

Good book

I picked this one up. This is a great book. You can learn a lot about yourself if you apply what's being said to your own feelings and emotions. Good stuff. I got a bit more self-reflective.

Nice

Nice book. Nice narrator. Well, maybe not nice in the sense that they are kind people. I don't know about that. Haha! But nice as in good quality and interesting topics.

Let me see....

Let me think for a sec ... how should I explain this? It was professional, uncomplicated, and easy to understand. With that being said, yes, I do highly endorse this book. No doubt about it.

This write-up...

This write-up reflects my own opinions and interests. The very best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) implied the most to me. When I heard these things, I immediately understood I had actually made the best option. This book spoke to me.
