Highly rewarding foods аrе uѕuаllу high іn fаt, sugar, and саlоrіеѕ, and they рrоvіdе the "feeling better" ѕеnѕаtіоnѕ that еmоtіоnаl еаtеrѕ еxреrіеnсе.

Boring ....

I could not even finish this book. The narrator is awful. He reads way too slow. The material in the book is common knowledge to I would think most any person. I think some of the reviews are bogus as a lot of their names start with B and some of them have put more than 1 review in . I have not even had the book long enought to exchange it or get a refund but when I do, i will.

not an in-depth guide, not informative

I was expecting an In-depth guide with tips and tricks. With insight into behavioral triggers. Something thought-provoking but, no such luck
