Very Good Choice

Started slow with basics but really picks up with scenarios with food that helped me.

Pleasantly Surprised. The only true solution

I don't know how this book did this to me. I was addicted to emotional eating for 10 years and thought I was trapped FOREVER!
This book freed me from the trap! My version of "junk food" is actually "cooked food", so this book helped me to FINALLY go raw!
It helped me realize why I was so addicted to eating cooked food and systematically destroyed my addiction to emotional eating.
This book kills your addiction by CHANGING YOUR BELIEFS, and that is how you kill an addiction, NOT willpower!
I was very surprised that my cravings for sweets and junk foods have been eliminated. Similar to hypnotism.
If you are open-minded and want to train your brain in a different way I’d recommend this book.

Poorly read, no chapter titles

This is poorly read. It’s as if the narrator is reading the book for the very first time. You can hear her pause and stumble as she comes to a bit she doesn’t understand; she reads the words on the page rather than expressing the sentences and paragraphs with any meaning.

Another issue I have with this book is the lack of chapter titles. It’s just Chapter 1, Chapter 2 etc. How am I supposed to go back and re-listen to something specific? This is something a non-fiction self-help book really needs.

Horrible narration

The narrator pauses, stutters and makes it generally difficult to listen to this, I couldn’t finish it for this reason.
