awesome content and very hard work of author.
This workbook not only confronts the fact that many of us are emotional eaters, but it shows us how to identify that we are not eating because we are hunger, but because of our mood. Then with compassion, wisdom, and creativity she gives us ways that will help us stop emotional eating. It is so easy for us to just eat, to take our mind off other things. I am bored, so I will eat, or sad, or mad, lonely or any of many feelings.

This is a book about dieting, not emotional eating
Buyer beware! If emotional eating is the problem you’d like to address, this book is not for you. This is an incredibly high level survey of dieting, swollen with well-known and common sensical platitudes. Addressing the core problem-severing the attachment between emotional wellness and eating-is barely scratched. Save your money.

This book was great.
This book was great. I very much liked the mental exercises we had to do in order to get the most out of the book. This is NOT another diet book. This is the secret to maintaining weight without dieting and keeping the weight off. Why didn't somebody come up with this sooner! The root of the diet issue is managing emotions and this teaches you to do just that. As a physician, I'm delighted to see this available.

Weight reduction is scarcely referenced and passionate eating is drawn closer with regards to enthusiastic guideline and mindfulness. I am eating to some degree less in the wake of perusing this book (which I'm perusing again, something I NEVER do) yet I'm not eating less junk food. It bodes well and feels right.

Effective way to get rid of Emotional Eating!!!
Controlling compulsive eating behaviour is the main reason that most diets fail. It becomes harder and harder to start a diet, knowing that you will eventually fail. But this works for me, and its possible for the David Colombo.

Very thought-provoking and encouraging. David Colombo has a very easy to understood style that I love. I am so thankful for his audiobook all of them!

Use it for your wellbeing...
I would like to recommend this audiobook to all the people who are trying to get help with themselves to be strong mentally. If you want to stop Emotional Eating and Get your Life Back with a Healthy Relationship with Food then this is the book!!!

Great read for those needing a helping hand!!!
I thought that this was a great book. It was very helpful to learn the difference between the lizard brain and our higher selves and tips to stay on course to our goals. This is an excellent book that is definitely worth listening to.

If you have made it this far and you are reading reviews, buy this audiobook. It has been amazing at not only helping me sort out emotions that lead to eating when I shouldn't but also given me guidance in dealing with emotions period.
