A truly helpful one for me!
This book is a godsend for me. As an educator I am constantly surrounded by other educators who excel in the academic but not in emotional intelligence. As this book discusses, it is best when IQ and emotional intelligence are more on par to be harmony.
I often focus on getting things done and not mindful of myself or in tune with others and their needs.
I plan to relisten and look forward to putting more of this book in practice so as to reap richer and stronger relationships, to enjoy life’s journey and those around me. The bonus book is a plus and a definite complement.
