Supper information

Excellent information. It would be hard to implement all the advice in this book and perform all the exercises though. These are just a few examples of the different options you will need to learn to decipher to become a skilled non—verbal communication specialist. This book is great.

A good reference audio book

This is a good reference to have around when you find yourself less than excited about life and the people you share it with. It has a lot of the same information that I have accumulated from other sources and in life, however it connected several of the dots and provided some valuable exercises

A great reference

This has really helped me and I will continue to use it as a reference. Similar to Strengths Finder by using an online test, with the book as mainly a reference to understand and improve results.

Good book

This book is an essential listen for anyone who plans to work in a corporate environment. Periodically, I purchase copies of the book to give to younger friends whom I feel will benefit from the wisdom of securing emotional intelligence.
