boring

too much time was spent on telling the reader what EI is instead of spending time talking about how you can practically apply frameworks to be a better leader. there's a better book called "Just Listen" that is a great primer. I'd recommend that title. if I could return this book and get my credit back I would. I wish I could give this book zero stars.

No systematic advice on how to implement EI. Huge waste of time and money. Don’t plan on getting into the flow of learning from this material. Plan on getting lost in endless citing of other people’s work which interrupts any hope of getting involved with the actual learning of EI.

One of the best book for Dark Psychology. The tech

One of the best book for Emotional Intelligence . The techniques are listed and explained attentively. One of the parts I have loved more is the one about Social Skills, This audiobook also is about how to manage own emotions.

Fantastic

I listen this audiobook after a big break up and it really opened my eyes to how I contributed to that break up. It's extremely important to have emotional intelligence and this is a fascinating discussion behind the theory and science of EI.
