One of the best I have ever heard

I acquired this collection because I am a psychology student and the truth is that it caught my attention, what I never imagined was that I would like it so much, I really enjoyed it a lot and I recommend it without any doubt. It is worth listening to it and learning from it.

Forget about the stigmas


Sadly, our society is not used to taking care of our mental health, which is the root of many of our
problems, so it is essential that we listen to these books with an open mind! The books in this

A very clear guide to such an interesting practic


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the most interesting topics when it comes to psychology

It helped me with my emotional intelligence

One of the things I liked the most about this audiobook was the way it helped me improve my emotional intelligence, because thanks to it I can now say with confidence that I have better control over my emotions and I act more by reasoning than by feelings.

Being very careful

Since I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder I have kept myself at bay from certain factors that could trigger my anxiety attacks. I am currently collecting as much information on this topic as I can to help me get better, and this audiobook has been one of the most comprehensive I have found.

Anger Management

Anger is an evil that can attack both women and men, and if it is not controlled can end with devastating consequences, so I really liked that this audiobook talks and help people prepare about this issue that affect any of us anytime.
