LOVED the majority of this book!

LOVED the majority of this book, definitely a must read, the biggest part I don’t agree with is the emulating of another person and wanting to be someone else so much that you take the time to mimic them down to the way they move. I believe it’s more beneficial for a person to learn more about and focus on improving themselves and building themselves up to the person they want to be themselves, not to the person someone else is. Other than those parts which are few, I enjoyed most parts of this book! Very helpful, supportive, reinforcing, educational, and informative. Thanks for writing it!!!

Emotional Intelligence

I am starting to understand the trauma that has effected me as a child and carried on to my adulthood and also embracing vivid memories as they come and go. Therapy session! Loved it.

Somewhat helpful

Very fast book. If you have read any of the Napoleon Hill books, this book will seem like a summary with not much new information. If you ate new to self-improvement, it will be more beneficial.

The only emotion I felt was annoyance

It was incredibly hard to get through this tired, cliche ridden garbage. I have a degree in Psychology and still like to keep up to date with developments; but I have very little tolerance for this "turn that frown upside down" , positive-thinking/ gratitude claptrap.

I am however quite impressed with myself that I resisted the urge to turn it off without giving it a chance, though I was so happy when it finished. I just hope I can get my money back on this utter farce of a book.

Short but very detailed. This Book is a great starting point.

Excellent from start to finish. The shared information was broken down very well and was very good at given specific details in a series of short chapters.

It was very well Narrated. I would highly recommend this book to people with Angry issues or struggling with their mental health.

Non Engaging Voice Over

I couldn't get beyond the 4th chapter, I just couldn't get used to the voice of the reader, very dull and un-engaging.
