Tasty & user friendly!

Great to listen, if you already do Endomorph diet this book is a great tool. I have found a lot of these methods and practice them regularly, but the way this is structured is excellent. If you are unfamiliar with this kind of nutrient timing and dieting this book is gold!

It Works

I have been doing many diets in my life. I only need to lose 15-20 pounds and I am on my 6th day and have lost 4.5 pounds. It is amazing! I have never seen anything like it. All I can say, plan, plan, plan.

Great Book With Loads Of Great Info

I have been doing the endomorph diet for my own to have a great effect but this audiobook takes it to the next level. Everything in here makes a lot of sense and I'm really looking forward to putting it into practice and seeing the results!

Easy to understand!!!

Healthy diet plan. I didn’t lose the weight in the first 7 days so decided to do it for another 14 days. I lost 15 pounds which were my first goal! Also, I have maintained the weight loss by using many of the rules in my everyday life.
